Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

Napcat offers a 1-year limited warranty for products purchased from our official online store. This warranty covers Napcat security cameras, systems, DVRs, NVRs, and refurbished items. However, it does not apply to free gifts.

You can extend your warranty to 1 year by registering your product(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Note: For purchases from third-party platforms or resellers, please refer to their warranty policy. For details on authorized resellers, check our Return and Refund Policy.

2. Warranty Forfeiture

The Napcat warranty does not apply in the following situations:
1) If products are taken outside the country of purchase from an authorized online seller
2) Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, natural disasters, or force majeure events like lightning, floods, or war
3) Purchases made from unauthorized resellers, dealers, or non-official stores;
4) Removal or tampering with trademarks
5) Damage resulting from accidents, dismantling, or modifications not performed by authorized technicians
6) Disassembly without permission from Napcat technicians
7) Damage due to improper working conditions or operations, including temperature, humidity, electrical stress, or interference
8) Warranty applies only to the original buyer and is not transferable.

Return and Refund Policy

At Napcat, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with your new Napcat products, you can request a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Please note, this guarantee only applies to new products, not refurbished ones.

After the 30-day period, refunds are not available, but within the warranty period, exchanges may be provided if the product meets our return or exchange terms.

Our technicians also offer lifetime tech support.

Orders shipped cannot be canceled, and customers are responsible for any shipping charges. Refurbished products are non-refundable and non-returnable, but our tech support team is available to assist with any issues. We are not responsible for shipping fees for returning products in good condition.
